Phil has volunteered at his sons Cub Scout Pack for 6 years.  Starting as a Den Leader for his older son and transitioning to Cub Master for the last 4 years.

Phil has been a contributing member of the Junior Achievement of Ohio, Kentucky, & Ohio Board. Plus has taught the Junior Achievement curriculum in the classroom on multiple occasions.

Phil has volunteered at this quarterly event, which provides car maintenance for those that would not otherwise be able to care for their car and need it to get to work. 

Phil started attending fathers a couple years prior to joining the leadership team.  He found great value in spending time with other men learning about Faith and Family leadership.  He was blessed to be a part of the leadership team.  He was also a speaker on different topics.  He stepped away from this role to focus on the Father Son Camp initiative. 

Phil was part of the 4 person team that took an idea and made it real.  The end result is a yearly camp where Fathers and Sons can take time away to connect and grow together.  Phil still supports this event, but has had to step away from the leadership role due to professional obligations. 

M.I.L.K. @ Breakfast (My Investment in Leadership & Knowledge) was a 2 year en-devour to provide an avenue for networking, knowledge sharing, and fellowship one morning a month.
